I have been very impressed and inspired with The Step Up Women's Network. They empower teen girls in underserved communities through Step Up after-school programming. You will see how the program has impacted these girls in the video.

My Inspiration Lounge and Inspiration Lounge TV recently contributed to their college prep tour for underserved teen girls who normally wouldn't have the chance to visit or apply to colleges. If you live in Los Angeles, Chicago or New York, they have local programs and networking events. I hope this video inspires you to work with The Step Up Network or a local organization that empowers teen girls :)
